Generator Supercenter Tomball review: Emergency home generator

I ordered a home generator, but the company was backlogged 6 months. I put down the required $4,000 deposit. After 4 months the installation date was still unknown. I decided to cancel and they said 15% penalty, but it turned out to be $1,500 because they based it on the total cost of the system, not the deposit. This is unreasonable because my cancellation did not cost them anythiing, it just moved ahead the installation date for people behind me.
