We provided the services of Digital Marketing to Dawn Cole (Carrah White) for her Companies GenesisAccGroup.com and BestAssetTax.com from the Nov., 2022 onward till here in March, 2023. Initially she kept paying in-time for initial months and same is what grew the confidence that our team kept providing the full-time with the best of our SEO, Social Media, Content Writing, Video Editing and Designing Services to/for her concerns, but from last Feb., 2023 she started with the thing that she intends to add another of her venture/web-business in our work, and we welcomed her with the best industry practices + quoted her like always that how will we initiate and manage the digital marketing for both of the services, and we started, i.e.: initially as requoted to her we halved the number of tasks for her old business (BestAssetTax.com) and then completed all the tasks one by one for her BestAssetTax.com (Instagram Posts + Stories, Linkedin Posts, Facebook Posts, Twitter Posts that includes curation, creation, research as well as designing + the articles writing and submission on her website + other short articles writing and submission etc. on other online networks etc.) and kept submitting each of them all day by day in email to her (meanwhile we also completed few basic tasks like setup and optimization of social networks pages for her other business: GenesisAccGroup.com + also as she sent us the list of her offered 'Freelancer Package for Taxation Returns task' that we need to concentrate more on - so we started the research and came up with list of 100 number of relevant titles of articles for her about/concerning to the packages she planned to offer for freelancers + 3 times the number of instagram posts for her GenesisAccGroup.com, as compared to normally we do for her old business + completely exact relevant stories for each day for 30 days) and as these very last task (out of all total 6 number of tasks) were completed and (as usual at the completion of each task) emailed the list with her, then only Dawn Cole stated that "I am considering to stop on BestAssetTax.com and concentrate only on other business GenesisAccGroup.com" (as most probably the price went higher even we already quoted and worked on what is hald if as we used to deliver), and as the task was already done for her old business (BestAssetTax.com) and like every month perfect concentration, research and time was given to that tasks and it obviously wasn't for free-of-cost, but still we gave her the resolve that we will amplify only for instagram for her new business (GenesisAccGroup.com) but for its other tasks, we will decrease them to half (So the price doesn't goes higher) and then we started accordingly, but as she received the new and critical-most Linkedin Posts related task (aside from already completed all 7 out of 7 tasks for BestAssetTax.com and then 3 out of 7 tasks for GenesisAccGroup.com were done and submitted), then she stated she wants to 'HALT' it all... what else? and what type of attitude is this, like seriously?

We (team of 3 content writers + 1 designer + 1 marketer + 1 associate marketer = 6 number of people) gave like 16 days to her 2 number of business with complete research from the scratch in each niche (after having the confidence of working with her in previous 3/4 months for her old business) and now as she received it all she is saying to 'HALT'? Ok still understandable, but as she is personally deploying us on the tasks (directing us towards specific tasks and targets and like always accepting what tasks with the best practices utilized are being offered or delivered), she needs to fund us for the completed as well as delivered tasks (that now can be published etc. by any normal data-entry guy).

Now it's like 4th/5th day of repeated emails, then phone calls, then (after seeking her personal whatsapp number) whatsapp messages and calls - even telling her that all team of 6 people are awaiting to receive the payment for their hardwork - she just vanished, and even blocked the numbers + there is no reply at all from her).. We need our funds for our hardwork, this really isn't the way - anyone can see (attaching the screenshots for all and every instance as mentioned above).

On one hand she intends to serve the freelancers for their tax related matters, and on the other hand she is deploying such freelancers and then as the tasks delivered she is taking every thing else and chose to just vanish, just run away from the scene..?

Now even after multiple requests + getting our numbers blocked by her, if we don't receive our funds, then we will keep submitting and multiplying such reports to all the major such complaint networks and then on social networks against Dawn Cole aka Carrah White (and her businesses GenesisAccGroup.com and BestAssetTax.com) so if not all then atleast few of who work/worked for her or get their work done from her be cautious, that she can't be trusted for her own words.. what more we can say or do? completely helpless, besides announcing what and how she treated us after 5 months long completed dedicated services for her businesses by us 6 number of freelancer (who earn their bread for their household with this hardworked money).

Hope anybody can help us get paid for our hardwork!

Thanks

Desired outcome: We need our funds for the completed work, if not/till not we will keep multiplying the such reports against Dawn Cole on all such forums and then on social networks too.

Dear Dawn Cole (or Carrah White),

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to address the concerns raised in your recent response to our complaint. We appreciate your willingness to engage in a dialogue to resolve this matter.

In response to your assertion that the services were never formally requested or commissioned, I would like to clarify the history of our collaboration:

Initial Agreement: From November 2022 to February 2023, we provided consistent digital marketing services for both GenesisAccGroup.com and BestAssetTax.com. During this period, you accepted and paid for the services without any disputes. The work performed during these months was conducted based on a mutual understanding, and you received regular updates and deliverables.

Change in Scope: In February 2023, you expressed your intention to expand the scope of work to include another venture/web-business (GenesisAccGroup.com). We discussed this and agreed to modify the service delivery to accommodate this expansion. At no point during this transition did you communicate a formal termination of the services related to BestAssetTax.com.

Halt Request: After the completion of several tasks for GenesisAccGroup.com, you communicated your intention to halt the services. While we understood this decision, it was necessary to compensate us for the work already completed. Our team invested considerable time and effort in the research and execution of these tasks.

We respect professional boundaries and consent as well. However, we believe that the services rendered were done so under a genuine agreement and the understanding of continued monthly services. The sudden halt in communication and the refusal to compensate for the work already delivered have placed us in a difficult situation.

We are committed to resolving this dispute amicably and professionally. To this end, we suggest the following steps:

Review the previous communications and agreements, including email correspondence and payment records, to establish the history of our collaboration.

Clarify any misunderstandings and determine a reasonable compensation for the services provided.

Work together to find a mutually acceptable resolution that upholds the principles of fairness and professionalism.

We believe that a fair resolution can be reached by revisiting the terms of our collaboration and acknowledging the work that has been completed. Our intention is not to engage in disputes but to ensure that the dedication and hard work of our team are duly recognized and compensated.

We remain open to constructive dialogue and hope to resolve this matter promptly and equitably. Please let us know your thoughts on these proposed steps, and we can work together to find a resolution that satisfies both parties.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you for your prompt response, and for outlining your perspective. It's crucial to revisit the essence of our collaboration, particularly the nature of the work and the payments associated with it.

You've aptly emphasized the nature of our work, which primarily revolved around social media marketing. A careful review of the pending payment request, coupled with our past email exchanges, will affirm that our request pertains solely to these social media management tasks.

The payments we seek are not for any unrelated services but are directly tied to the social media campaigns and management tasks that we carried out as part of our ongoing agreement. Our request for payment is a reflection of the work already completed in alignment with our prior understanding.

While we understand the concerns you've raised, it's imperative to clarify the intent behind these public listings. They are a response to the protracted delay in addressing our legitimate payment request. In light of your statement asserting non-accountability, we feel compelled to consider a legal recourse.

We've sought legal advice and have explored the option of involving relevant authorities to resolve this matter. The copies and documentation can be utilized both locally and internationally to determine the merit of the owed sum. This approach may lead to legal litigation, which, regrettably, may encompass not only the outstanding $1,635 but also the associated legal expenses.

It is our hope to find an amicable resolution rather than embarking on a legal battle. The choice now lies with you: either fulfill the long-pending payment, thus bringing this matter to a close, or proceed down a protracted legal path.

This message marks the conclusion of our exchange here, and the listings may persist and proliferate as they have been. We can only hope for a resolution that is fair to all parties involved.

Thank you for your consideration.

To facilitate your understanding of our payment request and to provide a comprehensive overview of the work undertaken, we have attached the following screenshots:

- Payment Request: This document clearly outlines the nature of the payment and its pending status since March 3, 2023.

- Attached PDF: This comprehensive PDF provides detailed information about the tasks that have been both successfully completed and those that remained unfinished. It serves as a complete record of the work conducted.

- and Deliverables Delivered (screenshot is with actual/top message here - the list of SENT emails): In that attachment, you will find a screenshot displaying the list of sent emails. It portrays the systematic delivery of tasks, with one task completed and delivered each day. Notably, during the course of these deliveries, we received no response indicating the need to halt the tasks on the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and subsequent days. The decision to discontinue the work was conveyed only after the tasks were nearly finalized.

For over 240 days, we have persistently attempted to reach a resolution, with weekly reminders and communication. Regrettably, our efforts were met with hindrances, including the blocking of communication channels (email/phone/whatsapp - you just kept blocking us all the ways).

Our primary objective remains the retrieval of the payment owed, which reflects the substantial efforts invested by both my team and me. We are steadfast in our commitment to resolving this matter professionally and fairly, adhering to the principle that just rights should be upheld.

We earnestly urge you to reconsider and just pay our rights, and over this marathon for us all.

Thanks

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We understand that there have been claims regarding a collaboration that allegedly took place with our business.

We would like to clarify that the services mentioned were never formally requested or commissioned by Genesis or Best Asset (as made clear by your screenshots). The discussions in question were purely inquiries and at no point was there any agreement, either verbal or written, that permitted any actions to be undertaken on behalf of our business.

We hold the utmost respect for professional boundaries and consent, and we are troubled by the assertion of demands for payment for actions that were conducted without our explicit permission. We believe we have grounds for raising concerns over the unilateral actions taken without our consent.

We have initiated a review of all correspondence and interactions related to this matter and have also reached out to Fiverr to ensure compliance with their policies.

We appreciate the understanding of our customers and community as we work diligently to address and resolve this matter.

Our records clearly indicate that we had an agreement for certain social media services for which an amount was mutually agreed upon. While we did inquire about the possibility of additional services, at no point was there a formal agreement, quotation, or explicit consent provided for any work beyond the initially agreed-upon scope.

It is alarming and disconcerting to note the subsequent barrage of emails, phone calls, and online reviews that we have received from you, demanding payment for services that were neither solicited nor agreed upon. Additionally, the demand for payment for future services, which were never requested, is both unfounded and unwarranted.

We take such matters seriously and believe in conducting business with respect, professionalism, and adherence to legal and ethical standards. Harassing communications and unfounded demands for payment infringe upon these principles.

In light of these facts, we hereby request you to cease and desist from any further communication of this nature immediately. We request the immediate removal of any and all reviews and comments posted online pertaining to Genesis Accountancy/Best Asset/Dawn Cole that have originated from your accounts. Failure to comply with this request will leave us with no option but to consider involving relevant governing agencies within both Pakistan and the United States to address this issue.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Thank you for your response. We appreciate your willingness to finally (after 240+ days) get engaged in this discussion and clarify your position.

While we understand your concern, it's important to revisit the history of our collaboration. We have consistently followed a communication pattern based on email discussions only, which always has been our means of understanding your requirements and delivering the tasks accordingly. These email exchanges themself have been instrumental in our ability to meet your needs effectively.

Our understanding was built upon the messages and emails shared between us, and the work was performed with this understanding. In fact, your initial emails have always guided us in shaping our services to align with your expectations. It is true that a formal written contract was not in place, but our collaboration was established and maintained through email exchanges all thru the 4/5 months long collaboration, and you had always provided guidance and instructions through this medium (and we worked thru it all).

The last pending (from 244 days today) demand for payment is in accordance with the pattern of our previous interactions, where you explained tasks and we executed the work as per your specifications - and then paid by you. It is not a demand for payment for future services but rather for the work already completed during the last month, in line with the ongoing work from our previous 4 months collaboration.

We hope to achieve a fair and amicable resolution that respects the efforts and commitment put forth by our team. We are open to addressing your concerns, and we believe that involving relevant authorities is unnecessary (but if critically required: we are ready for complete conversation/payments/tasks related audit related to this matter). But what's the need of time (after 240+ days of anticipation) is that we finally work together to reach a mutually acceptable solution that benefits all parties involved.

Our intention has always been to resolve this matter professionally and amicably, and we are open to further discussion. We look forward to hearing from you to reach a resolution that will allow both parties to move forward positively.
