Georgia Department of Unemployment / Appeals review: Appeals and case status

I filed my own unemployment claim from my employer 10/24/21. My employer denied my request for benefits and I received a letter 11/7/21. I filed an appeal and have been calling the unemployment office for days/ weeks, leaving voicemails and have been unsuccessful with response or returned calls. Also, tried to reach out to the Altanta office and same issue I am having with Carrollton office. I have no idea what is going on with my case. No letters or email correspondence has been made.
