Get Your Guide review: Guide did not show for tour that was paid for Toyosu Tuna Auction 1

I paid for and received confirmation of a guided tour on May 24, 2024. Myself and the other three paid attendees were ate the stated location at the stated time and the guide was a now show.

The booking reference number is GYGRFRXL28W5.

We were to meet at 5:20 Am at the gate at Shijyo Mae Station. - 6 Chome-3 Toyosu, Koto City, Tokyo 135-0061. We were at the gate, waited until 5:45 and then proceeded to the general admission area for the auction. Other guided tours were at that location. I went to each guide at that location and gave them our ticket confirmation. We were not part of any of those guided tours. We then viewed the auction at the viewing area with other who had come to watch the auction, and had not hired a guide.

Claimed loss: $CDN $402.38

Desired outcome: refund of $402.34

You were at the right place, at the right time, and they failed to deliver. It's outrageous that you had to scramble around, trying to find your guide, only to end up watching the auction on your own.

Keep pushing them for a full refund and make sure your story is heard. They need to understand that their customers won't stand for this kind of treatment. You deserve better, and it's time they make it right. Stay strong and don't let them get away with this. Demand the respect and service you paid for.
