We went on a tour at North Shore Landing Resort and was given a 3 day 2 night hotel stay by Getway USA. I sent them a $50.00 deposit and was given a activation # of Z286224. I followed their rules and tried to book a stay at Banner Elk, N.C. twice. First time not available. 2nd time not available. Then I tried Kitty Hawk. Not available. Then I tried Charleston, S.C. I was told that if I scheduled a tour, I would be able to get a hotel. I told them that I did not want another tour. So as you can imagine, not available. This company is a complete rip off. Unless you book tours, they will not have anything available. I was told at the beginning that I did not have to take anymore tours other than the first one. They did not mention any tours until the last one. Something needs to be done about this company ripping people off. All I want now is my deposit back
Getaway USA is an unethical. They are cheaters and liers. Only person who picks up phone is Tanya, she just gives run around, lies. How can such people live with their conscious. We lost our refundable deposit of $50. Have timeshare in other companies, have gone for different promotions but never came across such liers and cheats. Exploria resorts have stopped working with them. I was not given any reason but easy to understand why.
