I agreed to GetMore and the next day I cancelled. When I realised that I was being billed for the second month by Cell C I messaged GetMore on WhatsApp.
I have the screenshots of the chat where they said they were aware of the cancellation and gave me a reference number. This chat took place on the 10th of April.
It is today the 6th of June and I am still getting billed for GetMore. Like I said I have the screenshots of the 10 April conversation and of today's where they just keep quiet.
I intend to show this to the whole world on social media and will refuse to pay Cell C until GetMore refunds me.
Desired outcome: I want to be refunded for at least 2 months and will then resume my Cell C payments.
