I did not order these videos, nor do I want trash like this in my home with my young sons!

I agree with the other comments I did not order this and do not want it now do I return this package I hope it's not charge to my account by any means of someone will be in contact with your company.

DID NOT ORDER THESE CDS I WILL KEEP THE ONES I GOT BUT DON'T SEND OR BILL ME FOR ANY MORE.

I have received these DVD and I never ordered them! I don't want to keep them because I know somehow I would see a charge on my bill. I would like someone to contact me so I can return this item! I don't ever watch these kind of DVDs. Please reply so I send back to your company at your charge! I don't want these movies in my house and wouldn't purchase theses movies online either or buy them at all!

Received these DVD's at my father's house in MY name- I was embarrassed to find out what the package included 2 of these movies I DID NOT ORDER! Disgusted! HOW DO I SEND THESE BACK? HOW DO I MAKE SURE I AM NOT CHARGED FOR SOMETHING LIKE THIS?

I also did not order any items form this company yet I received two girls gone wild videos. If I find ANY charges on my credit accounts then my lawyer will earn some of that money I pay him monthly!

I also receive these filthy dvds. I would also like to know if I am being charged and if so what is being billed.

I received these two filthy dvd's today without ordering them and was billed $i.00 (one dollar on my credit card. Refund my money and stick the dvd's up your nose and do not send any more. I am consulting my lawyer in the morning.

I cannot believe that there are such sick demented individuals that would send such filth into a person's home when they were not ordered or wanted! And then to have the nerve to charge my account for them! Need to explore if there are legal recorses that could and should be taken to ensure practices such as this no longer are allowed!

I ordered a product from a company who told me I will receive two CDs for free with my order. Now you send me a CD and charge my account,which I did not order.I am returning your CD,you will credit my account for $26.98.I will be taking this matter further if you do not comply.This is piracy,and fraud.

I have NEVER ordered any material from your company and am EXTREMELY insulted at receiving this trash in the mail. PLEASE consider this my official request to have my name removed from your list as well as all information regarding me. Upon advice of my attorney, if my name is not removed and this trash stops coming to my home , as well as any charges to my account refunded, I will begin legal action. I will also report your company to the Better Business Bureau. I anxiously await your immediate attention to this matter. How dare you distribute this garbage without concent! I am sending an official letter to the return address on this unopened package. I trust this will complete my transaction with you.

I am really pissed off! These people sent two DVDs using our account information with no permission. They used my husbands account info, and used my first name to send it to us. They didn't even get my name right. The name that they sent it to does not even exist. As far as I'm concerned, they are stealing.

I have called twice to cancel this product but continues to arrive monthly. Please discontinue this practice amd credit my VISA card. Thank you.

Someone is being very "cutsie" here and needs to clean up their act. I did not request nor desire these filthy video's. To have them sent without my permission does not create an obligation on my part to return them unless you pay the shipping. So far three have been sent and do not send any more.

Hello! I have been receiving these dvd from ggwcustomerservice.com and I dont even know if my credit card is charged for this. When they come I throw them out I am a Christian and dont watch those kind of things.

I did not know what to do, I was so shocked when I said one day let me open it and see what it is about, and you know what? I dont even have a DVD can you believe that?.

I would like to get some answer on how to stop this thing from coming to my home and soon.

A phone number were I could call to cancel and rather I was charged for them.

Received videos w/o ordering them

I recieved a package with 2 GGW videos I did not order. Several days later I recived a box full of them! WTF?

When these thieving ### get a taste of MY FL.Senator's wrath, and the JUSTICE DEPT.S SUPPEANA, they may stop the B S of mailing tapes I don t order!

I also received these videos without my consent and now have to pay to return them - I also think they are disgusting. I will block them from ever using my amex again and see if amex can handle this for me.

Since you sent this you must have all the information needed to stop it and reverse it. I do not want any more dvd's sent to my house. I do not want any money taken from my account. This entire process is dumb and childesh. There is no possible way to reach you to get this matter resolved, except to write a letter to post. DUMB!

I did not order these dvd's. I have a 16 month old in this house-the last thing I would ever want in my house is cr*p like this! It is pure filth and I want my money back now! I have contacted a lawyer friend of mine and he will be helping me out here!

I was alerted by my credit card company about a possible fraudulent charge to my account, and a week later I get a set of smut DVDs sent to me house. This is obviously some sort of scam - how the hell did they ever get my credit card number?!

igot dvds ididnt even order that are disgusting porno and im not paying for this so im sending them back and dont expect money because ididnt even go on a website 2 order . nor would i ever order those kind of dvds really what if a little kid seen that . but if there approatie iwouldnt mind but there not so stop sending them really.

I received this crap today, check my credit cards but did not find any charges yet. Does anyone have an experience how to return this crap back where it came from without paying expenses for shipping from my own pocket?

I called the customer service and had a bad experience with them.

After holding the line until my call was taken, I was then shut off altogether without talking to anyone.

I called back and had the same experience. In fact I was 30 minutes or more trying to get through to
an operator.

I was sent a package that I did not want and did not order. Then my account was charged for the package that was sent.

It appears to me that, that is very poor business! If I would have pulled that kind of activity while I was a principal, I would have been fired immediately.

I am incredibly bothered by this! I just received two of these crappy DVDs. If I watched this sort of thing, it would not be GGW. If I get charged for this, I WILL contact the Better Business Bureau. I am contacting the CC company to report a fraudulent charge. I will be returning these to the address I found on line, but I would like to actually talk to a person.

Similarly to all the comments above, I have also received several of these videos and also am disgusted with having such material in my house. I have not nor will I ever request such garbage to be sent to me. This is absolutely unacceptable and do not want any more of these videos to be sent to my house from now on. If such things continue to happen, I will seek to take legal action on the situation. Thank You.

I received 2 DVD's & did not order them. I would never order this disgusting trash. I was expecting another package so I opened it & I refuse to send it back at my expense. I demand that any charges that you may have made to my credit card be immediately taken off!
