Many people lost their money because of this fake company. The Gharonda Builders & Developers is just a huge scam organization, that steals money from people. They provide agreements for apartments, but agreements are fake since the apartments are not constructed by them. Once you gave them your money you’ll never get it back. Horrible scam.
Correction not giving apartments and money taken on fake agreements
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Gharonda builders and constructions Hyderabad is a fraud company ! Sunil Sachdev duped hundreds of investor. He has duped hundreds of customers with fake agreements, fake documents, fake receipt and duplicate bookings to more than 300 people . BEWARE investors before you invest I have invested more than 50 lc for a flat since 3 years I found out the agreement provided was fake and 4 people have been given same flat no #102 in the agreement papers.
The same thing happened with us. We paid money for the apartment and its been 3 years. No apartment was constructed. We asked to return our money but he declined and said he doesn't have any money. After many attempts we all went together with other owners and demanded to return our money. Then Sunil showed us the cameras in his office and warned us that he will complain against us that we are harassing him for money.
Please be aware. He is a cheat and fraud.
