Giant Pharmacy review: Pharmacy

Refused to give medications that were ready bc their system crashed. NOT OUR PROBLEM!

I was discharged from the ER and taking my medicine this evening was a MUST!

Your pharmacists were rude, mean and very unhelpful. They said there is nothing we can do, we cannot give you these medications. What?!?!?!?! What kind of pharmacy leaves sick patients and hospitalized patients just hanging like that? Are you serious?

2 out of 4 medications they received and would not give the 2 that were ready. Seriously

you could’ve easily had people sign things out on a piece of paper. You are playing with peoples lives. Sometimes medication‘s are a matter of life and death. How the hell and what right does it give to you to stop providing medication that’s already been prepared.

I understand that his hands must have been tied. However, for a customer who was just released from the emergency room and needs to take medication now isn’t being given the medicine? Just because you guys don’t have proper protocols in place you threaten my life and caused me to go back into the emergency room. This is beyond incomprehensible. YOUR pharmacy needs to have some sort of back up system in place for when this happens. This is completely unacceptable!
