Global Adjusting, CO. review: owner illegally recorded a private conversation in my home

On 01/27/2020, Patrick Majewski came to 4044 W Hillmont to settle a complaint from Michael Hurt about his company regarding previous work done. He was meeting with Laketra King. Michael Hurt is a disabled man so Laketra King was legally authorized to meet with Patrick Majewski.
My name is Zanita Ward. I am a roommate to Michael when I am in the State. I was at the house this day. Patrick asked Laketra to speak to me. I invited Patrick into the house. Another man accompanied him into the house.
We talked on the kitchen. During that time, Patrick broke the law and recorded me using a recording device in a surreptitiuos manner; under stealth and concealment. He sent the recording to us later that day.
I didn't consent, know of, our agree to the recording.
I filled a police report on or about 01/31/2020 with Officer L. Bond at the Peoria Police Department. Then, I pressed charges at the State's Attorneys Office on 02/05/2020.
He committed a Class 4 Felony in our home.
