This is a major scam. Their policies and procedures are unethical and truly a rip-off. Buyers and investors beware. They claim to be saving people's debt situation or circumstance. However, it's how they pursue
to obtain the money and use it. Basically, they try to get you to pay out $20, 000 to $50, 000 into this business. Then they use your money to negotiate with the creditors and the debtors with the money as a "shell-game". They also are using the " Better Business On-line Certification" as an endorsement of good business practice. This endorsement is not valid. This organization takes $275.00 upfront and does not tell you that it's non-refundable or sign a document upfront prior to getting the money. A major class action suit should be pursued. My suspicion is that this organization is ripping-off millions and millions of people three ways: 1) debtors, 2) investors, 3) creditors. Stay away from this organization "Global Fortune Network" !

I believe it's just another scam coming out of Phoenix. They have called me for over 6 months now and I have asked over and over to be taken off their list. I have explained to them that they are wasting my time as well as theirs by calling me. Phoenix is a well-known hub for these type businesses. If they keep calling you after you have expressed no desire whatsoever for their business op, this sends a definite red flag to me. I am so tired of this company calling me and I am on the Do Not Call List but they say they have rights to call because they are exempt from that list. I just hope to help get the word out that NO DOUBT this is a scam. The people are rude and get offended when you nicely tell them you are not interested. One guy even told me to just not answer the phone when they call. LOL! I have a business and clients call from all over, plus those scam artists call from different numbers and area codes and sometimes from an unknown number. Keep your money and invest in something worthwhile!

I believe this is a joke. They make it sound like they just need an affliate in their area and there isn't much you need to do. No selling anything, no talking to people and then the next guy calls after you purchase it and it's a whole different story. You have to hand out flyers to get business, put ads in papers and you can buy leads if you want. Big waste of my time and money. Just hang up on them if they call you!

I love Global Fortune Network. Why? They helped make me the happy man I am today. How? they got me off the couch and into my home office where I now earned $135, 4703.78 just last year. I followed their simple, straight-forward, award-winning advice and soon enough the checks started rolling in. Was it extremely easy? No. Was it better than digging a ditch? Much.

Nope. You are quite wrong. I have done quite well with Global Fortune Network, earning in excess of $135, 000 just last year. Does it take a little effort? Sure, what doesn't? It is much better than digging a ditch or working as a welder? You betcha. I followed their instructions in a timely manner and within a month and a half, the checks started rolling in. I work maybe three hours a day, five days a week, and earn three times what I did when I worked full time for a manufacturing firm. This has been the answer to my prayers. I can only assume that the people who are dissatisfied must have expected to just go out to the mailbox one day and find a guy standing there with a million dollars. Not quite that easy. But it's close.

Any Affiliate business has to be worked. If you are not willing to work it, just say no. On the other hand, if you are willing to put in the 5 hours a week and invest in advertising as they suggest right up front, then it is worth joining. What do you expect them to give you a free ride? When you join as an affiliate, you pay a small fee to come aboard. You make that back when you sign up your first person. Better yet, they give you the first 6 people while they train you, so really you are paying nothing down and making money from the other five they brought aboard, plus they are training you for nothing. Secondly, You make a commission on each person's amount of debt as a bonus over a period of time. That adds up to a nice chunk of change. They also protect your territory so when you do advertise in your area all the people that sign up go to you in that area, no competition. Get the true facts before you lambast a company. The comment before mine tells you that he/she made in excess of $135, 000. just last year with Global Fortune Network. Does that look like a scam to you? It doesn't to me either. I am willing to put in the time and do the work. I just signed up yesterday. I will come back to this site after I have been with the company and tell you how I am doing. But remember, it does take work to succeed in any business. Next time take the call and listen to the rep.

This company has a very unprofessional person working for them named Jeremy. He was rude and slanderous. He called me up telling me about this opportunity. Told me it would cost me like $400. I told him that I didn't have that kind of money to just be spending on it. He said he had some deal where he could knock it down to around $200. I told him that I would have to research the company and discuss it with my husband. As far as the research he said I wouldn't find anything bad about the company but he understood wanting to research it. He called me back the next day but I did not have time to look it up. I work three jobs and had only enough time to sleep. I also hadn't had a chance to discuss it with my husband. He asked if I could look it up... I went to the computer to look it up while on the phone with him and found some bad reports. I told him once again I would have to discuss that kind of investment with my husband. He basically said I didn't need my husbands permission. He said that he was sure I spend more than that on getting my hair done and clothes. I let it slide a little. Told him that I am not like that and do not spend ridiculous amounts of money on such stuff. I also do not allow my husband to spend that kind of money without discussing it with me and I will not without him. Well, that was about a month ago. This morning he called me back. I told him I was not interested about three times. Finally, he said thanks for wasting my time and hung up. Well, my husband was right next to me and called the guy and childishly said you suck and hung up. The guy called back. My husband answered the phone and he said that my husband was a wife beater and thats why I wouldnt invest. My husband was furious. He asked for his manager. He said that he was the manager. The man continued to say slanderous things before the phone call was ended. If the rest of the company is anything like this employee, then I hope nobody invests into this ridiculous company.

Please someone from the FBI, SEC, or Phoenix Police come in and bust these people. These crooks need to be stopped and America needs to be warned. I was taken by a scam coming out of Phoenix in 2007 under the name New Age Marketing Solutions and someone a year later said they can get my money back, all I had to do was send them money.

So from what I see here is a couple complaints from people that didn't buy anything and say how they "think" it is a scam. Also being a salesman myself I honestly believe that the only reason somebody would become rude during a salles call is if they felt that the person on the other line is what we call a "stroker", meaning somebody with a lot of questions with no intention on buying. Now to peter who claims we should call a federal agency to report this company or a1b2c3 who says they think it is a scam becasue of the non refundable charge. All I have to say is this. I have bought many home buisnesses in the past, most of them failed and some worked. This one however is honestly the only one that has ever worked exactly the way it was explained to be. I bought in for $275 as well as an agreement for $24.95 for a monthly hosting fee of my website. The first marketing specialist I spoke too was a very polite gentlemen, being a salesman I asked him to get right to the point and explain the different price points he had for advertising. I bought into the call center and I am not one to brag but I am very satisfied with the results. Around 5 weeks later I started receiving commission checks for the advertising that I am doing and I am already well above into the profit zone. I have been an affiliate for 6 months and plan on purchasing more advertising through them very soon. All in all Global Fortune Network is the best business opportunity I have ever been involved in. I have bought hundreds, finally I found the one that changed my life for the better. Thank you GFN!

Global Fortune Network LLc, 4750 N. Black CanyonHIghway 2nd Floor, Phoenix, AZ85017
[protected], [protected], FAZ([protected], customerservice@globalfortunenework. This company's representative, Michael Shaw, supposed to be a Senior Account executive, caslled and pressured me into believing they were real. Should have hung up on them as I started to. But I listened to him and finally decided to give it a try. But I changed my mind after getting a chance to look them up on the internet and had it confirmed from JustAnswer that they were scamming me. I called my credit card company and reported it to them. They said I would have to wait until I received my next bill to try and get it reversed. I declined to sign the documents they sent byDocuSign. I also reported it to ONline Business Bureau. I don't know whether or notI will receive my money back but I really don't wnt them to keep collecting money from my account every month. I did not contact-they must have gotten my information from one othe job sites I was searching in my job hunt. After I decline to accept their documents, I got three calls on my phone and three on my mobile which I didn't answer. I haven;t checked today since I've been using the computer at my mother's. That phone number is [protected]. I just want my money back and to see to it that this company doesn't profit off of anyone else and If possible put them out of business.

As a blooming skeptic I can only say, Who can you trust? Conflicting info is all over, good, bad, indifferent and unless you personally know someone and could see exactly what they went through, there's no guarantee the information being shared is truthful or accurate! There is no guarantee the positive post are not from the scammers themselves. Having tried numerous, " Home Based Businesses" myself with no success I can only hope that somewhere out there, in the great big cloud, I will find something that is legit, ethical and works for me! I hope the right one is GFN . Good luck to those who simply have to stay at home..

I myself am an employee here at GFN. I myself have worked in a lot of different positions in sales and have unfortunately worked at some HBB's in the past that were not what they said there were, hence why I left. I do have a family to support but I have to do with honesty and integrity, just the way I was raised I guess. Point being that I work at this company over any of the others I know of out there for one reason, OUR CLIENTS THAT ADVERTISE THE BUSINESS ARE ACTUALLY MAKING REALLY GOOD MONEY! If your skeptical give it a shot, I'll tell you one thing, if there was not rules within the company against it I would sign up my family members in this, however since I can't I encourage anybody that knows any business takes work to succeed, to give it it a try. I know you will be impressed. Mike

This is a big scam. The people writing positive things about this company are obviously people who work for the fake company. This company can not be real because it consistently calls me every other day and consistently tells me to work for them and I keep telling them that I am not interested. Do not give these people your number because they will call you everyday. One person I talked to from the company told me they had 5 different shops all over the world, then another person I talked to from the company said they only have 2 shops. Any body with some sense will know that this is a scam because they want you to work with them more than you want to work with them. After reading this if you still do not think this is a SCAM ask them this "WHERE DOES THERE REVENUE COME FROM" and they will dance all around the question and never answer it. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS 'FAKE' COMPANY!

I was scammed by this company at least twice. I can't believe I've been scammed again. The last time I was called, I was assured I would not get called by someone asking me to pay for more advertising. I was given the "personal" cell phone number of the person who sucked me in. Seemed like a nice person. So what happens? I get called by a "coach". And what did he want? Thousands of dollars from me to advertise. When I told him I was broke and had to sacrifice food in order to try this "reputable" company, he said he couldn't help me out and hung up. I then try to call the "personal" cell phone of the person who sucked me in, and her phone "was not accepting any calls". I filed a dispute with my credit card company as soon as I received the packet in the mail which reminded me that these people scammed me big time before. So what happens today? I called the company and dumped on them, told them I was lied to, what I received was not what I was told I would receive. So what happens about an hour after I voiced my complaint with Global Fortune Network? I get called by a new "coach", his phone was fuzzy, couldn't understand him, and I told him I didn't want coaching, I wanted my money back. He told me I was a confused person and hung up on me. So I call the number on my caller ID and got a voice mail message saying "welcome to Web Media Blogging"... another rip-off I got sucked into. I left a message that I was not too happy being insulted like that. Then I call customer service at Global Fortune Network and told them what happened. I was told that "Web Media Blogging" was one of their "Sister Companies". I am now trying to figure out how many names are involved with this company... seems they have a network of scam artists all going by different names, These guys are hard to track down and post all kinds of "testimonials" and respond to this complaint board saying they are doing great! I wouldn't trust this company if my life depended on it. My advice and my promise to myself... NEVER, NEVER, NEVER trust ANYONE who calls you on the phone with an "Opportunity". I've fallen for this way too many times and I'm of the opinion that there is not an honest company out there. Not credit card companies, Not banks, not Government "Consumer Protection" agencies, Not our laws which protect the crooks- not the victims. Not quite street smart, but getting there.

We request a refund us Justin Rahn immediately please. We have been so stress. It is so hard to save $6000 today. We have been taken for over $6000 on Ad Campaign program 1200 Leads/60 hours agents on phones. = monthly feeof $24.95 4 months now since Aug 1, 2011. Justin Rahn ran our charge card and Cole Jennings sold us a biggest stories. We were told (3 pages of our notes) by Cole we will be pay in 40 days and expect 4-6 pay checks. Said please help him so he has 11 affiliates on board for the month... He said as long as he work for the company as Vice President of Sales never once people didn't get what they invested back with guarantee repeating ad if not make back 25% Later said oh one guy had to have us redo new ad campaign repeated 3 more months for him because earnings was few dollars off from $6000. Cole said Agents will take 1.5 apps per hours or they will be fire. We will have 1.5 apps x 60 hrs = 90 apps x $200 Earn $18, 000 + residuals. WOW! convincing right. You come come down to AZ our office I will personally give you a tour. We watched 30 days goes by...60 days 5 apps, 90 days 10 apps and no check! And per each app said we will earn $200 each. but Customer Service said no, not until client starts paying. Last time spoke to a live person Aug I think said 5-8 apps no one start making payment yet. Most of them don't make it or qualify looks like. He was convincing and use his family values, work ethics to sell to you. Than boom once you paid...then he tells you to call customer service. We been asking for our refund back by email. No one has contact us.

These two do answer there phones and except your email. So the more complaints the better for justice. They are presently watching and collecting complaints on the ###. I have spoken to both of them. The attorney generals office sends a letter to the company that you are complaining about and then after you summit a complaint they then send a letter which the ### have to respond to, so this is very important

Well, I also joined them and bought some "qualified" leads which they guaranteed to make 125% profit in 90 days. So far after 9 months I have 0 return and they will not return calls or 3-mails. When I called, my call was routed to Economic Freedom. I am afraid they are out of business and I have lost $5000. I don't know if their so called guarantee is valid any more. If anyone knows how to get in touch with them now, please let me know. My trust in them is shot!

I also am having issues with GFN. I purchased an advertisement package through them for telemarketing leads and was supposed to get $200 per person signed on plus a percentage of the monthly payments those individuals make to the debt settlements. I was told that after 3 months, if I did not make 125% back, I would be refunded the leads. Today is the third month on the dot and I have tried to contact GFN via email and phone (over the past month). Unfortunately their listed phone number is no longer in service and no one has answered my emails. Very problematic for any affiliate that is trying to contact the company. So I contacted Mrs. Kathy Martinjak and spoke to her about the issue and talked to my bank about a dispute. Fortunately my bank has the option for merchant disputes where I did not receive what I was promised, so they will be charging GFN my money. Since this issue crosses State lines, it falls into Federal Jurisdiction and IS considered Fraud. I urge anyone that has this sort of issue to press your claim with Mrs. Martinjak or the others above. This is very illegal and hurts more people than one would think.

Several months ago GFN called me several times encouraging me to become affiliated with them. They kept insisting that the business was guaranteed to return 125% within 90 days. To make a long story short, After investing $150 to start up, they gave me no realistic help with marketing unless I agreed to buy leads from them and utilize their call center. Stupidly I sent them $5000. For several weeks they did call me to let me know how my account was going. after 9 months there was not a single sale. As per their so called guarantee, they did add more leads a couple of times, with no success. Then about a month ago they stopped calling and they do not answer my calls, e-mails etc. I even sent a certified letter which was returned. I am afraid they are out of business and have run off with my money. If there is any way to get any of this back, please advise. One of my phone calls was routed to a company called "Economic Freedom", which also has failed to return my calls.

I may have to hunt him down and show him what happens to Flim Flam men. Not pretty. Here is his picture along with his young Asian girlfriend Evelyn.

Wow! That is really sad. I guess you could say the plus side is that they only conned her out of $5, 000 I am out over $40, 000 with this sick scam. Please file with the ag office the postal inspector and don't stop until we get these people locked up. They go after old and disabled people the most!

I felt like I was scamed. I invested in $ 40K plus for leads. The mktg guy George Alberts was very convincing and sounded so honstly, so i trustd him and others who were involved in GFN. I don't have any money, and hav been out of work for a while. He told me to use credit cards because this will be a good investment, and the loans for this investment are good. He said i would start to get paid w/in 60 days. He said i would make tons of money plus residual income and in the worst case, i still would make 125% return on my investment. I never get any weekly follow up call on Friday as promised, except the first Friday when customer service agent simply mentioned there was no pending application, and that was all she said. I wanted to follow up with that marketing guy but his direct line is no longer working (or he never answers my calls) and the phone number gets forwarded to customer service line but no one answers the phone call for hours. My cell phone bill went up like crazy last month because of this long hold on phone line, even though I was never able to talk to any live person. They didn't reply to my email message. Now, I found this fraud/scam complaint messages...My heart is crushing now...If I call banks and credit card companies for scams, will my credit card debts be forgiven? Has anyone had any positive experience with getting the money back? Please let me know how you dealt to get your monay back from GFN or resolve the credit card debts...Please email to me: blueskylove74@yahoo.com I would really appreciate it.

Guys they were arrested. And now we have to make noise! Everybody on this forum who has been scammed MUST file a complaint with the Arizona AG! The authorities told me that the more people we have complaining to the AG the better their case will be against these thieves. Also there is always the possibility for the AG's office to file a class action lawsuit against them on our behalf! But only if there is a large volume of complaints!
PLEASE STOP WHATEVER YOU ARE DOING AND CHECK OUT the post by "scammed 23, 000" and file disputes at the places listed there. BUT AT LEAST WITH THE AG. THIS IS OUR ONLY CHANCE! YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF!

There were a few others that I know of that were arrested also. Stephen Huth and Kevin Hewitt.
This is the link to the arrest:

http://www.azcentral.com/community/scottsdale/articles/2011/12/02/20111202arrested-elaborate-telemarketing-fraud-operation.html

I filed a complaint with the Attorney General on 2/22/11 after feeling like this was a scam after 1st getting involved with GFN on 1/26/2011. The reply I got back from was:
We know that this outcome is probably frustrating to you, but please understand that we are simply prohibited by law from representing individual consumers. The Attorney General's office however, does bring cases against businesses that violate Arizona consumer protection statuses. That is why the information in your complaint is so valuable.

Maybe we should start a group of who wants to pursue getting these guys by listing our email addresses to directly contact one another? Any ideas?
