I went through ipage.com to have a web site built. Unknown to me, Ipage/ GlowTouch Has such horrible customer service in responding, following, directions and delivering. Its so unbelievable its like being in the twilight zone. After painstaking following up with this company to fix what they should have already completed, they continuously create other bugs needing attention. It is a never-ending cycle of poor performance and even worse customer service. Not to mention the telephone appointments they missed creating huge scheduling problems for me. Now things have reached a whole new level. My site has been non-functional for who knows how long because of a programming error that only Ipage/Glowtouch can fix.
This happened before and when I call to get help they first point the finger in all other directions and gave me the run around before correcting the issue. Now the same thing has happened again and they won’t even call me back! It has gotten so bad I had to resort to researching them online to get the contact information to someone at these companies that may either be complicit in this behavior or helpful. I think an investigation should be conducted into their business practices. After finding online reviews it seems they also include fraudulent billing so watch out for that one. Bottom Line.. If you need a webpage designed better go someplace else. This place takes your money than leaves with a hulking piece of junk. And their management won’t even call you to get the problem corrected!
I've had similar issues with the company that have not been resolved. These people act like thieves.
I am experiencing this now. Did you ever find contact info for the president/CEO? They left my site completely down and all they tell me is, "well, it's 3pm on a Friday before a holiday weekend so, yeah". I created a new site in Wordpress and redirected the URL. Now I'm worried that this isn't a temporary fix.
Dear Friends, its better advice from me that please please don't even dream to join for this company. That Mr. Shyam Prasd Hebbar is the bleady ###er and doesn't care about the working employees. Once you joined you're finished. If you're working in the Development section in the next few months you'll be doing the job of Technical Support that too with no use for your carriers. And if you asked for relieving then you're dead before going to recieve the letter. They'll kill you by all the way and gives you a mental torture like you're in hell. And if you still going to tay in this company then don't think of the hike. Hike is just like a biscuites given for dogs. You'll get a Max hike of 4 to 5% whether you're getting the salary of 5k or 50k you'll get that much only. So I strongly recommend you for not to join this ###er company. Rather you be without a job is better then this. You'll be treated like a hunting dogs.
