But then, Valentine's Day came and went, and still no chocolates. I was pretty bummed out, so I decided to give them a call on February 15th to see what was up.

When I finally got through to someone, they told me that they had my order, but they never shipped it out. What the heck?! They said they would overnight it to me at no extra charge, but I was still pretty annoyed. Finally, on February 18th, I received my chocolates. They were good, but honestly, I was still pretty upset about the whole situation. I mean, they didn't even offer me any kind of compensation for their mistake. I don't know if I'll be ordering from Godiva again anytime soon.

So, I called up Godiva Chocolate's customer service again to try and get this mess sorted out. But guess what? They told me there was nothing they could do to fix it. Can you believe that? I mean, come on, for such a high-priced chocolate, I expected much more from them.

Now, I'm stuck having to reship every single gift all over again. It's such a hassle and a waste of time. I really hope Godiva Chocolate can step up their game and improve their website and customer service in the future.

Valentines Day was a complete disaster for me. I wanted to surprise my wife with a heart-shaped box of chocolates from Godiva.com. I placed the order four business days ahead, even though there was a weekend in between. I knew it was a tight deadline, but the website showed that it would arrive on time. However, when February 14th came, the box of chocolates was nowhere to be found.

I immediately contacted Godiva's customer service to inquire about the status of my order. To my dismay, I found out that the order had not even been shipped yet. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. I asked them to cancel the order, but they refused. Instead, they offered me a measly 10% discount. I was not satisfied with their response at all.

The service at Godiva.com is completely unacceptable. They do not care about their customers at all. This was my last order from them. I will not be recommending them to anyone.

It's a shame that my review was not published on their website. I understand that they have guidelines to follow, but I believe that my experience was worth sharing. I hope that they take my feedback into consideration and improve their service in the future.
