Gold Reef City Casino Prive review: Waiters disgusting attitude

I am a black card holder at Tsogo Sun and i mostly go to Goldreef City on a Saturday and Sunday. I always used to sit at the slot machines either in the smoking or non smoking sections but recenty i have been going to the Salon Prive and I prefer it there as it is not over crowded but the service i used to get from the smoking and non smoking casino was excellent but the attitude of the waiters and waitresses at the salon Prive stinks. if you need a drink and press the waitron button nobody will attend to you. then I have to call for somebody walking past and they would just ignore you and say that I'm coming back by showing a sign but never ever returns. this happened twice this weekend where we were not assisted until I went to a waiter and told him that he was the 2nd person whom i called for and if he does not help me I will report him because he is the same youngster who ignored my husband and I on Saturday night. but the lady whom i can identify totally ignored me and never returned to assist us. it seems that they only help their friends in the salon Prive and the attitude no greeting at all but the other sections they are so friendly. disgusting attititude from a place where we spend so much of money
