Their auction post showed 5 items I only bid because I wanted the 4 Lionel train items shown in their post had no interested in the 5th boxed item. They only shipped the 1 item I didn't care about. Went back and forth with them to no avail so I contacted their customer support.. Deanna... After a couple she informed me she was unable to help, there was an error in the listing. I once again emailed Goodwill asking them to please rectify the situation their reply was one word.. NO.. How's that for customer care? I have been a customer for quite some time but I will no longer deal with this stor. Doubt there's anything you can do about my problem, they just don't give a damn!
