I received lessons, I really enjoyed them and had a great instructor. When the email came to deny auto enrollment, I clicked to deny. (It's winter. I was planning on reenrollment in spring.) I was charged for new lessons and it has been 2 weeks since the refund was placed and haven't been reimbursed. It's very difficult to reach anyone who can help by phone. As much as I enjoyed the lessons, I have found their office to be very unhelpful and am now resorting to social media and BBB (They have a lot of similar complaints). Happy sk8ing. Just a heads up.
