My boyfriend booked the flight using his credit card his name is zarko...
He completed the process and the confirmation number was snet right away to my email. But when I saw the booking number there were no electronic ticket number
Attached and there was an error on my name for the ticket it was name janice as the first name and last name was rio balsamo. My last name should only be balsamo and my first name is janice rio. I emailed them right away but unfortunately I only got am email reply stating this from email:

Here's the attached file of our communication. I am working as a fraud analyst on a private bank I am trying to make a trip just a short vacation. On that day of my flight
I have showed up and work to have the name corrected but the air nuigini refused to do so because gotogate are responsible for the errors and they are the only ones who could make the change. How can I possibly contact them that on their site they contact phone number is not working. These has been such a trauma to me an d these king of company should be allowed to make business online. Simple name change would be made if they have a reliable contact center.
I have been trying to find ways to escalate this matter but it seemed no one will address unless you will file a petition. I only know these people are scammers. You can read through their emails that they are not willing to help and address your concern. My whole trip was ruined by these kind of merchants.
Mytrip / Gotogate Pty Ltd, Level 2, Riverside Quay 1 Southbank Boulevard, Melbourne VIC 3006, Australia - booked a flexible ticket LDL7JB with Mytrip, flight SYDBKK with Thai Airways. Mytrip changed my ticket from refundable to non-refundable without my consent or knowledge. Thai Airways advised:
Your original fare was an economy Flexi Fare with a cancellation fee USD200.
Your new fare was reissued to a Saver Fare with a Non Refundable cancellation rule
Mytrip keep just sending me template emails and do not read my responses, or if they do they don't want to respond because this is their error alone. I cancelled the ticket on 9th December, 2021 via phone (multiple calls) and emails - they refused to confirm the cancellation and I didn't hear back from them until 6th January, I flew out with another airline on 11th December. They now refuse to refund, even though they have a duty of care to do so as this was due to their dodgy behaviour.
I have been waiting for three tickets to be refunded, they cost me $ 6,474 to travel from Melbourne Australia to Athens Greece since November last year.
I contacted Qatar the airline, and they told me that there has been no refund application.
It's very difficult to get in touch with gotogate, as their replies are automated. I'm entitled to a full refund from Qatar and Gotogate has made my online travel experience hell.
Their website has been showing this message since last year.

No. I'm beyond piss@d off. Over 6 thousand dollars.
They are such a scam! Booked through the Kayak app in Jan 2020 going Perth to Melbourne for April 2020 which was obviously cancelled due to COVID. Eventually got a credit and extension. Tried to re-book the flights for May 2022 last week through the link GoToGate sent with the discount voucher code provided. The voucher does not work. Have been calling them with a promise to get a return call back for nearly 2 weeks now. I ask them to book for me and they tell me there are no flights on that day and they can only check 1 more date! Which also has no flights available. UNBELIEVABLE! So I'm not able to book it myself, they are not able/willing to re-book for me and they say it's an unrefundable ticket. Are they are charitable foundation that they took my payment for flights as a donation or have they just stolen over $2400? I had empathy during Covid, but running a company like this is not acceptable.
