Mr Dinna, I do not know which planet you are living, this is the organization providing support of Rural engineers and training free of cost, not sure what makes you to write such a irresponsible comments, you must be one of those who hate everything in life, training is grate and I got the job through this company and I do not see any problem with this company at all, I completely disagree with your statement boss

Friends, Let me share with you my experience with Gowdanar, I complete my BE in 2008, first 8 months went off by searching a job, I spent lot of time in Pune, then someone told me about this Gowdanar that they help rural engineers to get a job in IT, I went there to attend the interview, I did not join on the first attempt because I was not sure of this place, so I took 2 months to join this place, finally I joined here for J2EE, what was good for me here was personality development, I was very weak in english and presentation skills, I improved a lot in few months, finally I got a job in Accenture, so I do not have any complaint on this place instead I am proud to be part of this rural engineering community

I have to tell you one thing about gowdanar, this is a great place for rural engineer like me, I have improved a lot in gowdanar in terms of my personality, even though the training is free for rural engineere, they have a pasion in grooming, so it helps a lot

Friends I come from tamil nadu village, after engineering I came to bangalore in 2010, took a testing course and started searching for the job, 6 months no luck then my room partner told me about gowdanar, then I went there and joined RoR training, I have improved a lot in my communication, then I got a job in Rails factory in chennai, now I am referring many people from gowdanar to my campany and the happy news is many of them joined railsfactory.I am happy for that

Friends, I am from Bihar and taken the training from Gowdanar in the year 2009 and currently working in CapGemini, I do not see any issue with this company, I am happy that this company is providing support for rural engineers, I have also referred few of my juniors this year, one of them got a job in Bangalore.

Friends, I am currently working in HSBC IT, earlier I was with GOWDANAR, this is a great place for Rural engineers, softskill training is the best, we get to work on a live project, you get lot to learn there, I am proud to be part of Gowdanar community.

This is a cool place for rural engineers my friend, if you are rural and struggling to get job, this is the place to join, I got placed in KPIT from this place, I can tell you this is for us.
regarding the training fees is concerned, you get to learn multiple technologies for ex, Java + Androind + many other technologies are there I am not sure of all of them in this place, to learn anything no fees at all, this is the best part of it. they will also arrange for the placements if you get through in the interview you get the job with no changes man, this is seriously a good stuff for rural engineers my friend, if you are struggling and not getting any hope then this is the best place my friend, you will get the job fro sure here, only thing is you need to have a patience

Hello Friend, I am working in VST global now, got the training from Gowdanar in 2008, I am in touch with most of the guys in Gowdanar, whenever I go to Bangalore I visit this place, I always have a good regard about this organization, I got J2EE Springs training along with softskills training from here. best part of this place is, you get to access live project which is a big learning experience, also in the interview it helps, recently I have visited Bangalore and went to Gowdana office, I was amazed to see the products, overall good place for rural engineers, if you are not having 60% in all your studies including engineering then you may not get the seat here.

Friends, I am working in Wipro from past 2 years and got the training from Gowdanar only, this is the only company we have for rural engineers, this is built by a Rural engineers and for Rural engineers, I have also referred few of my collage juniors and they got the job in HSBC IT last year, so I am happy. if you are one of those rural engineers and struggling because of communication problem, I suggest you strictly follow whatever they say in softskills session, it will help you, for example my english has improved after I started working in few actions which they told me during training, apart from technology training you have to make sure you attend all the softskill training which is the best part in this place

Hi Friends, I am from 2010 batch and I was literally struggling to get a break, last year one of my friend told me to try in Gowdanar so I came to Bangalore and appeared for the interview, my profile was rejected first time because I was already 1 year old, I came back again and again and requested HR to consider my case because I am a rural engineer, finally they have agreed to give me a chance for training, I have taken up mainframe training, I have learned the mainframe so well that I became a lead in 6 months, now I am very proud to tell you all that I am working in IBM Noida. so gowdanar is not just a OK place but it is a great place for struggling engineers like me.

Hi Friends, Today I got a job in Capgemini and I am so happy to tell you that I got this job because of good training and experience in GOWDANAR, this is really good I am happy for gowdanar.

Monika it depends on which client you work for, if you work for client like HSBC or IBM through Gowdanar then you get 2.5, in my case I am joining Capgemini on their payroll so I am getting package which I do not to tell in public.

can any one guid me when ll gowdanar technologies call up or send the results after the hr interview.

is it worth risking by submiting original documents to them..whats they surity that they will give job after 4months..

Hi Friends, I am undergoing training here on Mainframe, I am not sure who told that Job will be given after 4 months, to me they have not told that, this is a Rural Engineers platform created by rural engineers and for rural engineers, if you are rural engineer and not getting any chance outside then this is a place to consider, I am 2011 guy with first class in engineering, I am from jharkand and tried to get a job in Pune, Hyderabad and finally came to bangalore and came to know about Gowdanar, I attended the interview and got selected here and undergoing training, great thing about Gowdanar is we get good training and then get a chance to learn in live project hence we can have some experience on live project, for a person like me this is great because I was struggling for a long time and no hopes, here I am learning a lot and putting my experience because all are rural engineers like me. they do collect marks card and give the offer letter in that they have mentioned that they have my marks cars with them.

Hi Friends, I am undergoing training here, my understanding of this place is, this is not a training center, this is a Rural Engineers community created by rural engineers to support rural engineers like me, I was struggling for 1 year, no hopes of getting any job, I am from Bihar. I have also submitted the marks card and they have issued a offer letter stating that they have my marks card, I checked with many of my seniors who are working in many companies through gowdanar, all of them told me not to worry, hence I submitted, my senior from my collage also taken the training from here and working in Accenture, he also told me good about this place, after I join here I am also realizing that this is a great place for rural engineers like me.

i have attended hr interview on 24th september, but i dint got any result from gowdanars its alredy 4days got over ply help me while hr interview only they ll say the results r the ll mail the result. even i am interested to join gowdanars waiting for the call from gowdanar. people who got selelected ply help me. if they ll mail the results means how long ll they take to mail .

Gowdanar Technology is good? They are submitting original mark cards, they will provide placement or not? they will return original marks card or not after training period? After training period if any one is not selected to any company then what they will do? they will send out or we can work there?

good place to learn tech as well as soft skills..
but you have to take 2 risks
1.u have to submit 10th & 12th original marks card
2.if u want take ur marks card back you have to pay 10000 rs
i have joined this community 3months back & still working.. instead of wasting time for searching job, join this community learn something... and parallel you can search job outside..

Hi Friends, I have competed my Btech from Andra in 2011, I have done a Java course in NIIT in Hyderabad and searched for the job unfortunately no luck, I came to know about Gowdanar technologies built for rural engineer like me, I came and join here and undergoing Android Training, I am feeling very safe here because I get a chance to work on project in Android, training is good, most importantly Seniors here are very motivational, during the tough time you need someone to support you morally, that is what I was looking for, I am happy that I am with this community of rural engineers, yes we have to submit the marks cards, I have checked with many seniors who are working in Industry, all of them told me that there are no incidents in the past which created problem to anyone, there is a administrative fees of 10K if you want to move out, I feel 10K is nothing compared to what I get to learn here, beauty of this place is we can learn anything we want, multiple technologies without additional cost. hats off to my seniors who build this community.

I want to know whether they will give back our original certificates or they will ask so much money for that...

If we get placed through this, do we need to pay 1st month salary to them?

I got a job through Gowdanar and working in KPIT, since I was placed through gowdanar payroll there is no charge at all, not even a rupee, I have been trained on mainframes absolutely free because it is our community "Rural Engineers" by us and for us, I am now supporting my juniors by taking training on weekend, I am proud to do say that I am member of this community which is having a genuine concern for rural engineers, person like me come from farmer family needed help and I am happy that god has arranged that help through this community, I am Proud of my seniors.

as for as gowdanar charges is concerned there is no charge if you get a placement through gowdanar, they charge company not members however there is a fees of 10 thousand rupees if you discontinue the training in between.
one great thing about this community is, you can learn many technologies, no additional charge at all.
I am sharing this feedback because I want everyone to know what we all are contributing to make GOWDANAR really is,
"True Spirit of Rural Engineers".
if anyone from corporate whats to share you knowledge or take up training because you also come from rural background and wants to help your juniors, please contact Gowdanar HR, they will set up a session for you, they will also arrange a nominal payment for you.

Please dont join Gowdanar Technologies ...Its one of the fraud company"s(training institute)...People of the company here are money minded...they will took away your mark cards saying that they are going to provide you good training in JAVA, MAINFRAMES and ANDROID and laso promise that they are going to provide you placements but it is not true...The actual scenario is that they will keep your mark cards for the worth of 10000 rupees...you dont find learning enviornment there...they train people by playing videos...They will alot you a team lead who even dont have knowledge about the technology...Plaese dont join there...nothing to learn...they also provide you experience but its is invaluable.
