The picture they took are awful - I'm barely in the one where I'm receiving my diploma and in the "staged" photo, no one bothered to make adjustments to the cap. Not wanting to spend the outrageous amount for the smallest package, I called to ask about a promo code (there was a block for one!) and the very 1st thing the representative said to me was "The promo codes are only available to the students, not the families." Wow. Thanks for asking... I AM the student. That was a terrible start to a call that just got worse. The CSR, at a minimum, needs to be re-trained. I sent a FB PM and part of their response was that they "wanna" make this "right." Wanna isn't exactly professional language. When I received the photos, 4 of the 8 wallet-sized had the top part of the cap cut off. I'm disgusted. I spent over $76 and am beyond disappointed with the whole experience. What should have been a perfect day has been somewhat lost because this company is unprofessional. Take your own pictures!
Recommendation: Take your own pictures. My family's free ones turned out much better!
