No complaints about this website specifically. It just happened to not be useful for my situation. However, when I canceled my membership online I called to request a refund for the charge to my account. The customer service representative “Juan” was extremely rude on the phone, did not answer my questions, and hung up on me. This was after being on hold for a half hour waiting to speak with someone. I’m very confused and disappointed with the quality of the customer service from this particular employee.
Desired outcome: This employees calls to be monitored or maybe some customer service training.
