My wife was quoted $600 for scheduled service of a 2007 Ford Escape. The line items included engine flush at $300.
This sounded WAY too high. I called the service department and was quoted $70.
The name of the service dept employee is Jeremy Barrett. Be careful. It looks as though this employee will say anything to earn his commissions.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
If you are looking purchase a new vehicle at Grapevine Ford, be careful in giving them the keys to your trade-in. The keys and your vehicle will disappear and the sales rep and finance guy will refuse to return them to you should you decide to leave. Instead, go to the hardware store and have them cut a single key for this purpose. Give them the single key to appraise your trade-in. When you ask for your keys back and they repeatedly ignore your request and refuse to return them, show them your actual set of keys, then go hunt down your car. They have managed to hide it from you. Start looking in the used car area of the parking lot. They will try and hold
