Got a australian shepherd/corgi puppy from echo (the breeder). This puppy (hereinafter referred to as "scotch"), we were told we could pick up from her at 7 weeks because he was "no longer drinking mom's milk."

First lie!

He now has eating issues.

Echo also said scotch would have a "red merle" coat.

Second lie!

When we went to pick up scotch to bring him home, we noticed a weird skin flab near his eye, referred to as a "third eye lid." echo told us it was "just dust in his eye" when we went to pick him up/take him home.

Third lie!

At this point, no matter what, we were not leaving the 7 week old puppy in the barn in the winter with 30-50+ other corgis of all ages/sizes trampling over each other. Not only that, but we saw another older corgi wearing a cone around his head, that had a piece of his back taken out of it. It was not covered in bandages, and was starting to scab over. Echo told us another dog tried to pull him under a barbed wire fence...

Probably another lie.

Next, comes the ongoing medical issues...

Year 1: scotch gets a yeast ear infection for the first time. A vet informed us it might be chronic, and we just have to clean his ears frequently with medical grade solution. He is now 3 years old, we do it 1-2 times a week.

Year 2: he wakes up one morning and poops black tar. After an er visit, we are told he has pancreatitis, but unsure if it will be chronic. This has been the only time (so far)

Year 3: he just barley turned three, and he now scoots his butt, indicating he will need anal gland expression. I have another auggie mix that is 7.5 and he has never had any of the above issues.

With that being said, echo provided us with all the paperwork indicating he was a "registered" ak whatever you want to call it breeder. To be honest, I think our dog looks more like a chihuahua. His ears do not stand up, he has a lazy eye, third-eye lid, chronic double chins, and I love him to death.

Please, whatever you do, do not go to this breeder. Find one with better genetics, a better heart, more humane living conditions, and better structure. I know as scotch gets older, he will continue to suffer from new health issue. Echo's constant cycle of breeding "weak genes" to truck out animals for profit, is the reason why thi business should no longer exist.

If you are still reading, just know the deposit we put down initially was for a dog that was not scotch. With that being said, echo reached out to us after we came to see the puppies, and informed us the one we picked got smothered/suffocated. If that does not explain how little she cares for the animals and the conditions these puppies live in, I don't know what does. Grazing h? More like grazing holocaust.
