I was making an order with Dual Action Cleanse. After completing business i was asked if i wanted to check out Great Vacations Now. I was put in contact with a woman named Darlene. She talked me into buying a vacation plan that included three different locations for 250.00 dollars. I`m a single male. I work in a remote location in Arizona.Getting out to different places sounded good. I bought in. I was told i would receive a package in the mail with all the information. It`s been over 6 months and i still haven`t received no stinking package! However i did receive a call from Great Vacations Now asking me if i wanted to purchase more great vactions?! When i mentioned the fact that i hadn`t received my first GREAT vacation. It was a quick goodbye and good luck! Now they have my money, and i have NO Great Vacation.
I am having a problem with understanding who cares about this complaint! Is this going to land in the who gives a ### round file Or is there anything i can do about my 250.00 bucks?
PLEASE HELP!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
My freind got scam in california for Napa Las v. and Disneyland for $ 249.00 no addy for Great Vaction's Now.com a frake phone # . You need to go to BBB and give a complaint or go to scam's lawyers online and complain and get enough people to do a class action suit.
I just officially made my complaint and I'm needless to say quite upset!
If it wasn't for people putting their complaints in writing like this I would still be thinking I'd gotten a deal. What is really sad and awesome is none of this appears until after the purchase was made. When I went in to view the package and check out browsing of their properties then and only then was I aware of the down and out side of my pocketbook.
Folks, I'm sorry that you encountered such travisties and now "know
from the down side and out of your situation as well as mine."
When I looked up other packages to Costa Rica AFTER my purchase no
wonder I'm out a lot of money to me.

I paid 400.00 up front and was given a list of places that I can go and now only can go to Florida which is across the country, I live in AZ. I paid for 5 different stays and now I am told that I have to do a timeshare spiel after I paid for theses mini vacations that were in CA and AZ which are no longer available and I can't get my money back, so don't feel so bad. I tried to log on and now that is gone too with my $400.00
wish there was a class action suit against these people
June 21, 2015...I was offered Alamo car rental with a vacation package and as I also given a 20/30 day refund option. So I have decided I dont think I wanted this so I have tried calling the [protected] at Great Vacations Now number for my refund and it continues too hang up on me.
So this is a money laundering company and if the government doesn't try and stop this wack company then I can only hope that some other public officials get scammed and their hard earn money gets stolen by Great Vacations Now
Dont believe in this so called great deal from Great Vacations Now
Great Vacations Now...ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS... STEALING HONEST CITIZENS MONEY !

They have changed their name I think to "Better Vacation Now" & the visa receipt is from "Wonderful Travel". I'm in Australia & Was signed up for a package of 8 days/7nights at 5 star resorts in Thailand & the Phillipines/S.E. Asia for 2 adults & 2 Kids. Free transport to & from the airport. Cocktail on arrival & 40% off tours. Also 8 days/7 nights cruise to Hawaii, New Zealand + lots of other places they named all the major cruise liners. The cost was originally $899US but when I hesitated, it was reduced to $US799. When I gave my visa card No. the receipt they gave was from Mexico in the amount of $13583.00. They said it was a marketing exercise to get word of mouth recommendations & reviews. They sent me a terms & conditions & wanted me to sign same & then send back which I did. Then I realised they hadn't included all the things they'd promised & emailed requesting same & got no reply. Now when I went to book on the Australian toll free No. I was given has a Spanish message but you can't leave a message. When I looked up Wonderful Travel on the internet & phoned the No. I got "Service Disconnected" (in Spanish). I've emailed "Better Vacation Now" 2 times about booking but had no reply. This is a giant SCAM. I'm putting this up to warn others. I wished I'd done my due diligence before signing up. Also when checking out further the website was only set up the month before they phoned me. So they take your money & run & they are the ones having a wonderful holiday on your money not you! Sad but true :-( :-(
