The website ain't that easy to use, ya know? I tried to buy somethin' that had free shipping, but also wanted to get somethin' else that didn't have free shipping. But guess what? The system charged me the full shipping fee for the whole order, which was like a whopping $200! Can you believe that? So, I had no choice but to place two separate orders - one for the non-free-shipping item and another for the rest, just so I could take advantage of the sweet free shipping deal on the bigger order.

Around 3.5 years have passed since I got myself some fresh dog agility mats from GreatMats for indoor use. However, I've noticed that the color is starting to rub off onto my furry friends' paws, as well as on my training equipment and whatnot.

So, I decided to reach out to their customer service for some assistance. They were kind enough to remind me that the warranty only covers up to one year, and that the color issue indicates that the mats have reached their limit.

Can you believe it? Worn out after a mere 3.5 years of light use?!?

I strongly advise against purchasing these mats!
