In march of 2024 I purchased a puppy from Victoria I had been recommended here by 2 different people.
I went to register my dog only to find another breeder listed on the paperwork.
I searched the ofa database to find nether parent had any health testing.
It is not listed with ofa penn hip or sv registration.
I asked about it and she got very defensive I sent pictures of the odd puppy she promised a replacement and blocked me.
Very strange way to conduct business she is a broker not a breeder.
