I spent $107.92 online with Ninacloak on 10/07/2022. I finally received the order 10/29/2022 and discovered only one shirt was even close to the sizing they had on their web site so I immediately contacted them for a return authorization for the other 5 shirts and told them I wanted a refund on my credit card. I got an email back 10/31/2022 asking me to give them the reason for the refund request so I told them, again, the reason. After 4 more back and forth emails while they tried to get me to keep the clothes and take a partial refund of $27, on 11/4/2022, they finally told me they didn't give RA's but gave me a return address here in the states where I could return the clothes.

I sent it immediately and emailed them the copy of the post office receipt for the tracking number. They acknowledged that they got the tracking number and that the package was in transit. It arrived at the above address 11/07/2022. On 11/09/2022, I contacted them agian to ask why I hadn't had my refund credited to my card and then began another back and forth where they told me:

"We would like to inform you that your return parcel is still in transit back to our warehouse.

Once we confirm that the item had successfully been returned we will apply for a refund back to your original payment."

I told them in several emails that that tracking number showed the package had arrived at it's destination and they kept sending emails back repeating the above phrase every time. On 11/16/2022 I sent another email telling them I was going to report them to the FTC and BBB and received another email from them saying the same exact thing as above.

I filed a complaint the the FTC on 11/16/2022 but didn't have time to file another complaint with the BBB until today.

Desired outcome: I'd like my money refunded for the 5 shirts I returned and I'd like other people to know that, contrary to what their website says, they do not have a return/refund policy.

I am having nearly the exact same problem, I ordered several items, none fit, they were of poor quality, and most were not even made from the fabric they advertised. I have gone back and forth with (at last count) 13 emails requesting the same thing over and over, sku numbers and pictures of items. They will not tell me the address to send returns to despite my numerous emails. There is no way to contact them, the responses I am receiving seem auto-generated, and I am frustrated and feeling like I have been swindled out of $116.42. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but in reading comments on their website, this company has a tendency to just ignore inquiries from the BBB. If anyone has a solution, or figured out a way to get a refund, please share!
