This church charged me automatically through PayPal. I check my activity through
my bank account and found my new book order and an unexpected deduction through automatic payments almost exactly the same . Now I paid for shipping which was expensive and still no shipping information for what I actually wanted . I couldn't find any customer service information on my account on the website. It was a time consuming ordeal but I am complaining and disputing . It will be some pop up and out refund process with tracking cookies probably. I hope the process using PayPal or GPAY greatly improves. Thank you .
Claimed loss: Refund the money and just send my book order to my new address. Bad service!
Desired outcome: Improve the website, customer service information and limit automatically deducting payments. Send only our orders and what we wanted.

Be careful about using your debit cards as they take additional deductions to make sure the money's in your account. My question is, what happens when they bounce your accounts. I prefer a payment plan or a gift card in the future. Tell the public .
