I placed an initial one time order for the gummies but continue to receive 2 bottles every month. I return them. Today I went on line to notify them to cancel my order and it was impossible to even find a telephone number for them. I looked up the return address that was on the package mailed and it came up as not a valid address for them. I found one telephone for the company but the lady that answered the phone said she did not have the number for the fulfillment center so I could cancel. Ridiculous. 2 months ago I open the package when I received it and enclosed a note when I sent it back to cancel l my orders and to not send any more. Than did not work. The get you coming and going. They should make it easy for their customers to contact them if needed. Instead you can't contact them at all, by phone or by computer.
Desired outcome: I want to have my account canceled and be notified of that fact..
I having the same problem with H & M Fulfillment , I only ordered 2 bottles and just received 2 more bottle that I did not order.
I can not find a way to contact them . Some body help

I never even ordered this pkg it has 5 bottles in it, not sure besides returning it what to do can't find a number for them? Who is this company?

I will be sending this stuff back also! I never gave permission for all the shipments that i am getting in the mail! I will never order form this place again!

I have the same problem got the first shipment I ordered made me sick, I send back no response yet got a second shipment don't know what to do anyone can please help
Only option is to report fraud on your credit card
All the coments about that bogus trash cons artist is correct .It is that to stop those thief for stolen people money.Going to contact my credit card company
I unfortunately also ordered a set of 2 bottles, not realizing this was a monthly subscription. I just received the other set, and tried looking for a way to cancel this by contacting them. The only contact would be H&M Fulfillment, but they are the ones that sent it. I'm not sure if my acct is actually with them or not. After looking online, the business at the 1900 Midway Lane, Smyrna TN address is a business called F&B Cosmetics. No response to any number I called; all busy, and voicemails full, with the exception of the HR line which I was able to leave a message, advising that I was would like to cancel my acct, and after several attempts to reach someone by phone to do so, will have no choice but to dispute the charge when i see it on my next credit card statement, which I am checking every day. It's unfortunate that I have to suck up the charge for the 2nd order, but buyer beware I guess!
I ordered one bottle to try it. The claims were that it cleans the arteries. It's a complete lie, and the product
is loaded with toxic Yellow, blue, and red dyes. Not to mention sugar and corn syrup.
Instead of charging me the $36.00 for a bottle to try, they sent me 4 bottles and charged me $130.00
There is no return address, no nothing.
This is a scam fly by night operation. Obviously.
I'll have to call mt bank I guess as there is no contact for the company. Which they do by design.
I have turned them in to the Federal Trade Commission after being screwed out of $200 the same way everyone else has. I am waiting for the Feds to investigate.

I got through on [protected] . Number was on my credit card statement. Give your email and zip code and tell them to cancel.

I own the Green Door/Simply CBD in Smyrna. I have tried to get police involved in this companies corruption. I have contacted the post office. No one seems to care that this company is taking peoples money and selling them “hemp” gummies.
This is a scam and the post office says 85,000 gummies are returned to the Nashville post office a week.
The company changes their name every couple months (just the name on the bottle)
I’ve tried to get law enforcement involved but no one cares
