On August 15th 2022, I brought my 2013 Honda accord Sport to, 2086 Pacific ave LB 90806 to have some repairs done, I went to pick up on August 30th spoke with Katherine Gomez, there were some details that weren't addressed, she stated that they didn't have a chance to rectify the car until the following week due to no work force, so i agreed to bring it back on a scheduled date, which was on Monday September 12th 2022, because of the inconnvinance, Katherine called an Uber to take me home, I inquired about the car on the 13th Katherine stated that they weren't able to fix the bumper due to no workers at the shop, she suggested that I bring back the car the following week and that it would get taken care of, I told her that I couldn't be bring the car back and forth, she mentioned again that she didn't have the workers needed to fill the holes on the front bumper and repaint it, she said that's all she could suggest, to bring back the following week, she said that I need to pick up the car, on September 14th, I told her I would go and pick up, she got me an Uber to take me to pick up the car, when I got the the shop, we talked about the inconvinance about bring back the car, again to finish up the repairs and repaint the following week, I told her that it should of been done right the first time and this wouldn't be happening, she stated that it was a miscommunication with her brother and he made the holes on the bumper and wasn't aware of that, she aknowleged the wrong doing but couldn't do nothing untill the following week, I suggested that she then return some of the money that was paid on invoice 179 for the amount of $2,500.00, I thought of a fair price that would cost to fill holes and repaint the front bumper, the amount I suggested was $300.
She said she would go and talk to her father (Hector owner of shop) and she would let me know, when she returned, she said that what I asked for was high, she said that her father (Hector) could only do $100
Desired outcome: Return my money for breach of contract!
