1) Delaying of Delivery
Our parcel to is from Kluang, Johor to Gemencheh, Negeri Sembilan still not received by our customer. We're already sent Skynet Kluang at 06.09.2017 and after online tracked the was goods arrived at Skynet Seremban on the next day. Unfortunately, the goods hasnt progress until today. Online tracking showed 'Out of Delivey' but never received by our customer.

2) No manner staff (Skynet Seremban 2)
Several time we call Skynet Seremban today to track and confirmed about my parcel, then she asked me to waiting so long and at last put off the line.
