I have had 2 appointments cancelled by Hair Club in the past 2 months. The first time was because the stylist called in sick. Ok I can understand that. So I had an appointment today, actually this morning, my appointment was for 11 They called me at 10:30 to cancel again saying the stylist would not be coming in for whatever reason. This is now 2 months in a row and they cannot seem to reschedule me. To make things worse they only notified me a half hour before my appointment. I paid almost 4800.00 and this terribly upsetting. I do not wish to continue with this company they seem very unprofessional and unorganized
and always full of excuses.
