I purchased a set of 6 solar lights, Model #79839 at Home Depot.
all the lights worked but one. I called Hampton Bay, put on hold
for over 7 mins., then a recording came on to leave a message,
which I did. When I went to the web site indicated on their
paperwork, it did not exist!
I just purchased the same model #79839 at Home Depot..One light was broken in the box, and the other 5 have not remained on for more than 1 hour...
Tried calling there Help Line or Support and get nothing but a machine...
The Company's (Hampton Bay) a fraud/fake! So wheres Home Depot getting these solar light products from?
the web site exists Sharon...you need to scroll thru menus to the solar section to find it...it doesnt do any good though they dont return calls or act as if they care about your problems ... you may as well return them and call Home Depot corporate in Atlanta if they refuse to honor your return in the local store. Hampton Bay produces garbage low cost fans and lighting products unfortunately and they sell so much and have such a low overhead they dont care about loosing customers.
