Before spending $9.95 for a single musical e-card from HappyBirthdayToYou.Com, consider the following facts:
1. Unlike other paid gift-card companies, this company does not allow you to preview and approve the custom e-card you order before sending it to your recipient.
2. None of the e-cards offered by this company has a synchronized audio-visual display. The audios stop at the end of each song while the animated videos are still running, thus rendering a muted, unprofessional impression.
3. There is no Replay button for the audio-visual display. The visual display runs continuously while the audio needs to be replayed separately.
Attempts at trying to get this company to fix the above problems were unsuccessful and the company simply responded with: what you see is what you get.
I purchased a birthday ecard which was not sent and got charged twice for it. When I call the # on their site, I get a message: "noone here to take your call."
It is my understanding that this company has no access to your credit card details, so looks like you paid twice, if you did you just need to e-mail them and they will sort it out for you, shame you didn't do this before reviewing!
I subscribed for their service and paid for several cards. I sent as birthday card in Mar 2015 and they charged me $19.90
i disputed the charge on my credit card would like a refund.

my complaint was resolved, do not have a complaint at this time
This is a dodgy company. They did not send the card and refused ti respond to my email. The positive reviews are probably fraudulent. AVOID
