Easy. As it is becoming more difficult, I am wondering if I really want to buy this. It's annoying having to go back and type more. I am not good at typing and don't enjoy doing it. Consider less work for the costumer. I should take 'Easy" back because it isn't.

Frustrated how your site jumps back to small when you go back. I was shipping a small that will not fit my 10 year old. They make returns next to impossible as the return is the Orient. Will not order again. This is the 4th item shipping with no return. Highly frustrating supplier!

Now that I know what size works best for me, I am buying a lot of their holiday clothes. They fit amazingly and are especially delightful in spreading holiday cheer! Can't tell you how many compliments I've received on the Halloween attire... so anxious to start with their Christmas ones!

With my first order everything arrives as described, and the quality was great, and the sizes were spot on. I've ordered clothes online before and had REALLY bad experiences, but not this time!
I've just ordered a stack more because I know what will arrive will be spot on with the descriptions.

I am very satisfied. The fabric is nice. High quality sewing. The size corresponds to the table. The store has attentive, competent, customer-oriented consultants. Fun merchandise. Good prices. I will use this again BUT I really hope this gets here before Christmas which is 17 days from today and standard shipping says 10-20 days away. Please do your best. After being so happy with my 1st purchase from this company I have ordered a couple more shirts, one for myself and one for my husband. They wash and wear beautifully with never a wrinkle and the entire purchase through delivery experience is fabulous as they keep you informed every step of the way and their shirts look exactly as pictured, which I love. The lightweight fabric is especially appreciated with those of us who overheat easily, lightweight but completely not see through even when I wear a black tank top under my light colored Hardaddy shirt.

I used them and was very satisfied. Was skeptical but went for it and everything was great!

Placed an order 3 weeks ago which only 5-6 items were received. The last item showed as processing and when I chatted with CS was informed item out of stock. Not sure I would have been informed had I not checked! This is why a company should not charge before an order is placed! Beware of this shady practice!

I made an order on May 5, 2022, and it was shipped on May 6, 2022. Unfortunately, the quality of the shirts did not meet my expectations. I have purchased shirts from other companies before with similar descriptions, but the material of these shirts was not satisfactory. The company provided very detailed instructions on how to return items. The original cost of the items was $102.54, and shipping was free at the time of purchase. According to the instructions, I had to pay for the return shipping and provide a tracking number on their website from the chosen carrier. I made sure to meet the specific time frame they specified. The package was received by them on June 6, 2022. I paid for the package to arrive on June 3, 2022, which was the Friday before. However, I have not received any response from the company. I sent an email to *** explaining the situation, but I have still not heard back from them. Today is July 1st.

I ordered a couple shirts last month. Normally I get a email with tracking number. Didn't receive any. You all took my money on the 7th of February and still nothing. I got to a chat person and he sent me tracking and order numbers that don't work. Now I'm getting frustrated and hope this works. The items in question is a polo shirt and a long sleeve pink dress shirt. I paid 62.69 for these items. I've ordered numerous times from this company and I like the products, but if doesn't get resolved I'm sorry but I'll take my business elsewhere.
