I ordered 2 hats from Hatdreams.com but I’ve had troubles paying for it. During checkout my card was declined several times so I just forgot about this idea. Later during bank statement review I discovered that they have charged me for that purchase attempt. Thieves won’t refund my money now.
We disagree with the above accusations, and would like an apology. Those are pending charges that the card provider or card issuing bank does for incorrect billing address, although card # is correct.
Please show us evidence of this matter, so we can straighten this matter out.
