We have been moving 3 times while we've lived on Oahu. Each time we have requested a move order with Hawaiian telcom weeks in advance to ensure that a technician is available.
Each time they confirmed the technician, but than on the day of the appointment nobody showed up.
When we called HT says that there are system errors and our appointment had been cancelled.
Now it takes hours to reach anybody and weeks to get the service set up. This is seriously frustrating, since I rely on Internet for my work,
When I file a complaint they refuse to take responsibility.
Desired outcome: Financial compensation, send out technician immediately
