Salesman lied about their services and skipped to signature without allowing me to look at the contract. We had verbally agreed for HAWX to come and do a monthly service for a certain amount of money, and that turned out to be false according to the written contract. the verbal agreement was for HAWX to come out every month to fumigate outside of my house but that is not true, and all insects are still crawling around.
HAWX claims to go out and take care of the insects if we call; however, if that's the verbal agreement, there is no reason for me to call and request for services that I am supposedly paying for already.
Also, after speaking with a HAWX representative, Ms. Carol, I was told that our verbal agreement was indeed in the written contract.
Afte speaking with yet another representative/supervisor, I was told that HAWX would only be going out every quarter (not what Jackson and I had initially verbally agreed on).
Now, HAWX wants me to pay for a cancelation fee that I believe, the salesperson Jackson, should be responsible for since we were deceived just to sign the contract.
Desired outcome: We would like HAWX to remove cancelation fee and cancel our account, as this will generate bring a credit hardship...and all this because Jackson decided to lie to me just to have the contract signed.
