Two months ago a guy came to my door about pest control I said I want one time job at $45.00. Yesterday a guy came to my door and said he was here for my pest control I told him I had only requested the one time. He left then I get this bill by email so I called the number and told the lady I had only had one month job and she said donhotel agreed I said no I did not sign a contract so cancel the agreement I did not sign, she said that there was a cancellation fee I said it is cancelled and I did not sign any agreement she said the fee is 207,00 cancellation. My last word to her I did not sign any contract and I dont need the service for a yard out front of 400 sq ft. I hung up and called mybank and told them about the fraud and cancelled my card, this outfit is crooked. Don deadman 3129 coolwood lan, rockwall texas 75032. Hawx is a horrible company! I signed up in June for their mosquito service. I was told I could cancel after the 2nd or 3rd application with ZERO charge. I have been trying to cancel since early October and am now being told there is a cancellation charge! I also did not let the technician apply anything when he showed up in late October, but he put that he did service our yard and I am being charged. This is ridiculous and they don't stand behind what their sales people say and their pest control doesn't even work.
