I have not had access to my health insurance since January 1 2023. I have called Ambetter at least a dozen times and not one can help me. This has become extremely frustrating for me. They are having some issues that they do not seem to be able to resolve. I need access to my account to pay my monthly premium and to get a payment receipt to get reimbursed for this. They do not know what to do to help me and I have been refused to talk to a supervisor about this. Passwords are locked and cannot be fixed.
Desired outcome: I would like access to my account to manage my health insurance.
