I placed an online order with Healthy Benefits Plus on 04/10/23. I received part of my order very quickly, however one item shipped separately by Fedx on 04/12/23. it showed to have arrive in Spartanburg SC on 05/02/23 tracking no. [protected] and that's where it ended. I have contacted Healthy Benefits 5 times by email and 4 times by phone. The last time I spoke with them was on 05/25/23 and I was told they were escalating my concern to the department that handles this and I would receive a call in 5 business days. I have yet to here back from them as of today 06/09/23. My order no for this item if you need it is [protected].
Desired outcome: reship my item or refund me
