I wanted to download program on the internet and hearsource.com website popped up. I talked to their customer service to find out some interesting details and after a while decided to order from them. Actually I can’t even explain how disappointed I am. Their advertisement was false and information that I got from them is absolutely useless. Every word was a lie.
Update - I have reached out to this customer to see If I could be of assistance. I don't understand the nature of the complaint as we work very hard to satisfy our customers needs in regards to their hearing loss. My fear is this may be a false complaint that was designed to defame and hurt the reputation of our company Hearsource by our competitors. Hopefully this isn't the case and the author will contact us to resolve any issues.
I have used HearSource for years. I don't exactly understand the nature of the OP's complaint. Very generic in nature. Assuming it's false based on my personal experiences with this company.
