I sent deposit of USD4680 to purchase on 2 occassions USD3120 and usd1560 TOTAL USD4680.
USD3120 was to Place and order and USD1560 when goods are ready for loading. But supplier scammed me. send me fake shipping delivery order and asked for balance payment USD10,920.00. When i refused reason as per contract they suppose to ship the goods and send me copies of shipping documents but they keep insisting for balance payment with giving any proof of shipment. They said they cannot ship because sea freight has gone up from USD1000 to USD4500 and I need to pay extra sea freight otherwise they will cancel the order and refund me my deposit. I agreed. it is over one month refund has not been received and they are making stories that they dont have dollars and they need to buy from bank. I contacted lawyers in china but i dont think they are interested to help foreigners.
