Hedjazi Motors,
Mr. M. and I were in attendance in your class today, on time and prepaid. We asked why students needed to park behind the building when the lot was empty on a Saturday, A question politely asked just as a point of curiosity and I was shocked by the very bizarre and potentially hostile manor you replied. You exploded with profanities and seemed to be on the verge of violence. This outburst was inappropriate for the question and the behavior you displayed was so bizarre, I didn’t want to request my money back in your office for fear of my safety.
I have called you 2 times today since we left your office to request a refund. You have failed to reply.
I’m requesting an immediate refund for the class that we attended but no instruction was provided and no materials offered. I feel your company may have failed to act as an ethical business and a prompt refund is in order. I know no services were provided but cource fees were paid prior to today.
My contact number is on the voice mail I left you.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
we also called this guy and never returnd calls
dealer education is all about customer service
come to us and be appreciated

Getting a dealer license is only about 10% of the total process needed to become a successful dealer. You need to know how to operate the business on a daily basis. Check out http://www.cars4profit.com

GOTPLATES.COM = BEWARE
Be very careful of gotplates.com too. They offer a $100 discount off of the $200 fee for the pre-license 6 hour class if you complete their online tutorial. I completed the online tutorial, brought the print out verification and paid the instructor $100 cash. I received a receipt prior to class, which did NOT last 6 hours, but only lasted 2 hours (a DMV violation). The class was no more than a walkthrough of the packet of documents received. After the class I received a call telling me that if I wanted my certificate I would have to pay the full $200. I was told that I did not follow procedure and had to pay that $100 online and not bring cash. However, I later learned that the site is not suppose to allow the person signing up for the discounted tutorial to continue on to access the tutorial until the payment is received. This did not happen. I did what I was suppose to do and now I feel that I am getting cheated and my certificate is being held for ransom.
An additional reason to be wary is that the website information, especially the tutorial section written by Joseph Weatherman, owner of gotplates.com and TriStar Autos has not been updated with current DMV information since 2006 in many places. Keeping up to date is critical for this business. Also, there are many, many links provided for important forms, DMV details, and more, yet not one single link worked, and I tried over 20. The excuse I was given was that they updated the website once a year, which I do not belive is true.

Jamrs Hedjazi offers a complimentary 5 min consult on his web site, with his phone number, which is capable of receiving text messages.
I called him and I texted him, becuase I wanted to talk to him before buying his course materials. He claims he can help me get a automobile broker's license in 30 days.
He has never returned my callls or my texts, so I have to assume he is not a reputable person. I choose not to send him any money for the materials, since I have no idea if this guy is real.
BTW, there is nothing on LinkedIn or Facebook at a James Hedjazi.
My suggestion: avoid this guy, I think it might be a sham and the information you will recieve, if you get anyhting at all, with not be worth what you paid for it.
i went to his class, just cost 100 dlls, 6 hour course, went to OL DMV, passed the test, James Hedjazi is real
i have contacted james 3 times and there is no response. I just had a couple questions and then was going to order is expert package which includes 2 hrs of phone help which wouldn't get one far seeing how he runs things. SCAM

I have purchased a dealer license book from Jason Hedjazi which also includes 30 days of email support. I had a few questions about getting my dealers license so I emailed Jason Hedjazi but received no response. I emailed him again about eight more times but he will not respond. I would have purchased all of his materials if he would have responded to me but now I am convinced that he is up to no good and is a total scam. Beware!
Tried to order dealer books twice online from the site. Received confirmation email and material never came. After review no charges were made to card but entered card info on site and it didnt have paypal. Tried to purchase again a week later and same scenerio. Tried to call and never received any response. The business must be shut down.
