Hello Supper Home Warranty review: Service

I submitted for my tankless water heater to be fixed and they sent someone out, but the repair guy really didn't know what he was doing. The water heater is still not working properly. Since than I have requested for 3 weeks now for a supervisor t call me and no one has reached out yet. They claim they have escalated the call, but every day I call their answer is someone will call tomorrow. This company takes no ownership of the contract to ensure that the customer received the proper services they called for.
