Just had my credit card cancelled due to two in a row monthly charges that sent flags up at my bank. I called and they asked me if i had purchased from helpmedownload.com and I didn't. The first time I wasn't sure, but thought that maybe I had bought something, but I know I don't have anything I owe monthly for 9.88. call your bank and canel your card.

Its a website that will charge if u become member. They provide softwares which are all free, this is a rip-off.
All the softwares in their website are all freeware or trial versions, you can get it by yourself by going to the official website of those softwares.
I suggest that you call them and ask for a full refund of everything that you been charged for since the start. Even if they insist of the 7 day guarantee, refuse it, threaten them that you will call your bank if they dont give you a full refund, if they mention any process fee refuse it also, you have the right to get everything, just give them a threat that you will call your bank, this companies are afraid of cash backs it will cause them more.

I had a debit of $37.00 from this company I called them spoke to "ronald" in INDIA I believe and he offered to refund my charge but with a processing fee of $9.95. I questioned this charge so he placed me on hold spoke to his supervisor (or went and got a coke) and came back an refunded my entire charge stating it can take 5 -40 days to receive credit.. cross your fingers for me...

I was also charged $16.70 on my credit card by this company. I saw it on my credit card statement for June and I didn't recognize the name of the company. I received an email today from "rebills@helpmedownload.com", it mentioned that they will charge my credit card again for July. I called the customer service number that was with the email. The person I spoke to wanted me to verify my email address and my address. I didn't fell comfortable giving my address as "How would they have my address?" I never gave them my address in the first place. I asked if he had my address in front him, he said no. But, he wanted me to verify my address as he couldn't find me in their system?. I refused to give him my address but conviently he was able to pull up my info with the just my City and Province?. He said he will issue a refund and it will take 15 to 30 days. He said that my computer will not get security updates now that I have cancelled the membership. He was not too concerned that I didn't authorize this monthly charge. I have contacted my credit card company inregards to this and they will issue me a new credit card number.

WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS. On 02.01.14 HelpMeDownload.com fraudulently took £81.58 from my credit card without any prior notification of this amount and without my authorisation. I have tried contacting them on numerous occasions by email as soon as I became aware of this action requesting that they return this money immediately and have had no response whatsoever. My credit card company are now investigating the matter. Do not go anywhere near this company - I have since found that even their website is blocked as malicious.

I recently had two transactions on my credit card account and didn't know what they were. I have discovered that they come from mp3musicHQ.com under other names such HelpMeDownload.com & Saphie Number One Limited. However the reference numbers are the same on all of them. I used a link on one of the postings here to try to make contact with them - to no avail. However there is an email link to the CEO, so I have sent mail with a timeframe for them to respond. I will post again when I get a response.

WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS. On 02.01.14 HelpMeDownload.com fraudulently took £81.58 from my credit card without any prior notification of this amount and without my authorisation. I have tried contacting them on numerous occasions by email as soon as I became aware of this action requesting that they return this money immediately and have had no response whatsoever. My credit card company are now investigating the matter. Do not go anywhere near this company - I have since found that even their website is blocked as malicious.

Helpmedownload.com (freedownloads.com), just ripped me off last Month, for $62.00. The charge is being disputed. There's no reason to have there service. Everything they offer is available without charge online.
I recently had two transactions on my credit card account and didn't know what they were. I have discovered that they come from mp3musicHQ.com under other names such HelpMeDownload.com & Saphie Number One Limited. However the reference numbers are the same on all of them. I used a link on one of the postings here to try to make contact with them - to no avail. However there is an email link to the CEO, so I have sent mail with a timeframe for them to respond. I will post again when I get a response.
