Henan Gems review: Autoclave

I purchased an autoclave from this company it was not wired properly started to light on fire wire was put in contactor with insulation still on it. Machine was not grounded. Circulation pump was the wrong voltage and failed ive been trying for months to get them to deal with these problems and just ignore me! Had to buy a new pump and they wont reimburse me the cost. Di not do business with this company worst customer service ive ever received!
