Hello, my name is Kenneth Johnson, I purchased a 2014 Toyota Avalon that my wife drives and she has been loyally having the vehicle serviced by your dealership at music fair road in Owingsmill Maryland since the car was purchased her name is Glenda Johnson, the Navigation and blue tooth system stopped working when the car was under warranty she took the car in to be looked at one of the service technicians told her it would cost her $150:00 to have it looked at while the vehicle was still under warranty, then covid hit she started working from home. I went online to find an update for the system on the Toyota website there is no longer an update for this app I called the dealing ship just to ask a question, What do I need to do the get the blue tooth and navigation system back on line, no one could answer that question I was told I I had to speak to the management and they would leave him a message and would back in touch with the same day I still haven't heard from him if this is how your managers treat loyal customers that is not good for business all he has to do is answer a simple question that should not take more than ten minutes of his time.
