We bought the LG system in June 2015 cash and took out an 2 year extended warranty. We sent it in November 2017 under warranty for a s-protection problem, we received it back after 21 days, but not a week has past we had to sent it back in again on the 1st of December 2017. 20 January 2018 we went to enquire and received a wrong unit which was also faulty. We went back on the 27th of January 2018 to get our original unit back, but found it in a unacceptable condition. SCRATCHED AND DENTED. Our unit was in a pristine condition when we handed it in for repairs. We were promised to get feed back today 30/01/2018 and still no feed back. This is unacceptable and are considering this service very very poor! Please see attached photos of the scratches and dents?
