From May through July each time I purchased a High Noon Hard Seltzer 8 pk. a coupon for a 3.00 rebate would print out at the checkout at Kroger's. Each time a made a purchase during this time period the rebate coupon was filled out & submitted to the address on the coupon. I submitted a total of 5 rebates between May & July. On the coupon it clearly stated that I need to fill out the entire coupon & sign it proving I was at least 21 yrs of age or older. The coupon stated to send completed rebate certificate & that it must be postmarked by October 2022. No where did it state that I needed to include a UPC label or the original cash registar receipt. I received the first 3.00 rebate via check 4 wks later. Still waiting on the other 4. They said allow 6-8 wks which it has been longer than 8 wks. The limit per household for these rebates is 6. I called the number on the rebate cerificate on September 14th. I spoke with theresa. She indicated she would investigate & get back with me. Today I received an email from Jess indicating they are denying the outstanding 4 rebates totaling 12.00. They are now requesting UPC labels or the orginal cash registar receipts. It wasnt a problem with the first rebate. Why now are they requesting this additonal info that was not required on the rebate certifcate? I do not have the cash registar receipts because it wasnt required & these purchases were over 2 months ago. This is apprearing to be a scam & would appreciate the 12.00 rebate or reimbusement for the 4 stamps I used to send these rebates in.
