Hillbrook Apartment review: AIY Properties in Austintown Ohio

Ive have been a resident there for 5 years, over the course of these years the apartment management fail to listen or care about your complaints, several months agao I got a new car, a subaru, my light on dashboard went off and when under the hood there were over 10 or more nests of some animal and the panel under hood was torn up, over $500 in damages and also chewed radiator hose and several other lines, they told me in the office its not there fault or responsibility where I park, was told also dont park next to dumpsters that are constantly over flowing with garbage on a daily basis, so now I park far awa, last week again after having my car hood panel chewed up again with several hoses and over 200$ they told me in the office they cant help me its not there responsibility and that its again is not there fault, a month ago a pan I was cooking with boiled over and I had smoke alarm go off, I also informed them and they said they would replace it, never have, is there something that you can do to make this company responsible for our cars, the lease also states no poy smoking and the building odor is beyond smelling they told me again they cant stop it.! Very poor management
